I hope I never have to come back here.

Nothing.

Location awful, at the side of a truck stop. Black mould in the room and on balcony. Bed held together with fabric tape and the whole building smelt like damp. I would not recommend this hotel to ANYBODY. Fortunately booking.com refunded a portion of the booking which I am extremely grateful for.

an overnighter

I expected a smallish hotel, but this one is quite big. The room was fine and if you are using hotel as a one night stop off or using it to use the the very nearby airport, then good. The restaurant was empty - except for us. I ordered the steak which was served with fresh broccoli, carrots and asparagus. The kitchen made a great effort at getting it right and nearly made it...... so, can't complain - good effort.

Hotel a little frayed round the edges. The pool was 'closed for cleaning' on the monday. The view from the room was of a huge expanse of courrugated metal. No afjustments on the aircon, but it was ok.

Poorest hotel I’ve ever been to

Absolutely nothing or their lobby was okay, but who wants to spend time there.

- Blood on the curtain - aircon didn’t work and the staff wouldn’t help - in general the room were dirty and the hotel looked like it peaked for a LOOONG time ago - “American breakfast” is a joke and looked more like a very bad stomach. They excused it with they had coffee, eggs and sausages, but there were no eggs and the sausages was laying in nasty water. - there is absolutely no wifi in the rooms even it’s stated they have good wifi all over the hotel. We went to the lobby to complain and all they said was sorry and “yes, we know we have bad wifi, but it’s okay in the lobby” - so, incompetent staff - no hairdryer in the room even though it’s stated - the pool is under “construction” and they said it is from 1 to 31 October, but another review I read from August stated “the pool wasn’t available because of construction”

The room had a weird smell and it was not clean. There was dust on the furniture , the windows were not clean too and the pillow cases were worn out.

Close to airport so if you need just a bed and no tv or coffee then this is your place.

That I have private access to the pool from my balcony.

The staff could not understand English that well. The WiFi was not working on this occasion. My tv remote was not working so could not change the setting to English or English subtitles. The room service was very limited and no coffee or tea available at all. Also could not get ice for my own drinks that I bought from the shop.

I would not recommend it, especially if you have issues with cleanliness and bad smells.

Hotel looks neat and very comfortabele.

Hotel looks neat and very comfortabele. Rooms are clean and well cared voor. Eventhough the swimmingpool Ares was under construction we had nothing to complain. We received a free upgrade to superior rooms. Restaurant had a simple menu but looks great and the service was superb.

Airco was not cold enough.

A boutique hotel decorated in the Buddhist style that punches above its weight

The roof top bar gave excellent views of the city. The room was clean and cared for.wifi was excellent.The staff wanted you to be happy.

Breakfast was a disappointment.

I didn't like how the staff dealt with us at the end try to over charges for water in our room. The cab driver from the hotel was very rude and aggressive

A good place for a short stop.

Rooms are clean and tidy. Swimmingpool was under construction. We also had a long time waiting for the food in the restaurant but did not realy mind. We had a good time trying to have a conversation with the staff. They were all very friendly. The man at the service desk speaks very good English and can help getting you to the next location. He is also the chaffeur and knows his way around. I do believe that we expect too much if we put european standards on the Thai hotels. They have a different way of life. The prices are according to the service you get. Try and get any hotel in Europe for this kind of money! We were very content.

The swimmingpool was not available. The seven eleven shop is around the corner and here you can get anything you want exept alcohol. The area is not beautiful but is enough for a short stop between locations.

Absolutely nothing.

Everything. The staff couldn’t speak a single word of English We had to speak to someone on FaceTime for them to translate what we wanted for dinner We booked and paid for a taxi the night before only to still be waiting 30 mins after and the reception team not understanding that we already booked and paid This hotel was absolutely horrendous - like something out of a scary movie. Do not come here.

The hotel was clean and the beds were comfortable. It is right next to a service station so drinks and snacks were easily bought!

The taxi punctuality, because the staff drive their own shuttle. The restaurant is beautiful. The breakfast included wss a delicious buffet. The pool is necessary in hot weather and is clean and beautiful.

The bathroom was not yoo clean. It has a mushroom growing under the sink!

Fine for just stayover

The room is spacious. The price is good (but excluded city tax). Breakfast included.

The light should have more options (white or orange).. The room and hallway are a little bit dusty.

Nice hotel for stop over to the South of Thailand.

Nice hotel for stop over to the South of Thailand. Nice views from balcony on 4th floor (see pictures). Come here for 10 years but since the extensions and renovation the place became too commercial hence lousy service, no bellboy available at check-in. I would never stay there for more than 1 night, let alone spend a holiday there.

Lots of Chinese guests, noisy, rude people that knock on your door at 3 AM (long loom), happened to me twice. I work a lot all over Thailand and stay in hotels often so I always check the aircon filters upon entering a room. Lots of dust is not only dirty and bad for your health, it also causes the aircon unit to work less efficient because the air inlet is blocked. (see pictures)
